About Kyle Gilliam
First Priority Financial, Inc.
As a licensed mortgage professional and with over 10 years of experience, I take pride in being able to find home loan solutions for everyone. From first-time home buyers to seasoned real estate investors, I work with passion to educate my clients on the best strategies to meet their short and long-term financial goals through real estate finance.
I attended Whitworth University and studied Business Management from 2000 to 2004 in Spokane, WA. My interest in music provided me the opportunity to own and perform with the band Sittser. We toured for several years and recorded three full-length albums. In 2005 we were selected as one of the top 30 emerging artists/bands in the world; however, after a major car accident while on tour, I decided to put my business education and life experiences together to pursue a career as a Mortgage Professional.
I have been a partner and manager of my own mortgage company (2005) and teamed up with First Priority Financial in 2008. I bring my professional mortgage services not only to Spokane WA, but also the surrounding areas as I am licensed in Washington, Idaho and Oregon.
